Ronna Brand, 2007 President of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® (BHGLAAR), has been at the helm of Brand Realty, Inc. for over 26 years. Established in 1984,
Brand Realty, Inc. is an independent Real Estate Boutique based in Beverly Hills.
Brand Realty has kept a strong presence through the highs and lows of the industry by combining residential brokerage with relocation and leasing services. Better yet, it provides the
personalized service of a smaller firm while producing the results of a larger brokerage company.
Ronna Brand's personal strengths include the proficient representation of sellers and the intuitive pairing of buyers with an ideal home in a community suited to their lifestyle:
"Sometimes I feel like a matchmaker... after getting to know my client, I picture them in a home I feel is just right for them, and then, if I feel the two will be compatible, I make the introduction."
Ronna is a skilled negotiator and charismatic communicator which insure a successful outcome for those who work with her. Her outgoing personality, warm smile, and infectious laugh are engaging to
everyone she meets. Having become a veteran of intricate negotiations, Ronna can take the "toughest deal" to the table and have everyone sharing a meal after it's done.
Ronna has served two terms as a director and active member for the Beverly Hills Board of REALTORS® Grievance Committee, and served as BHGLAAR's Treasurer/President Elect before she was elected
2007 President. As president, she not only launched new and effective committees but created and produced the first annual "Donald J. Trump" Award to which Mr. Trump was in attendance.
This prestigious award has been bestowed on three occasions to deserving individuals in the industry. She remains an active member of BHGLAAR and serves as a State Director for the California
Association of Realtors® (CAR).
In 2007 she was privileged to be the Keynote Speaker at a Real Estate Symposium "Up, Down or Sideway?" at the famous Ebell theater. In 2008, Ronna had the esteemed accolade of being nominated for the
Los Angeles Business Journal's "Women Making a Difference: Owner/CEO" award. In addition, Ronna was named 2008 Realtor of the Year by the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS®.
In 2010 Ronna had the esteem honor to join the Real Estate Commission for Senator Curren Price.
Along with running a successful company, she takes pride in mentoring new licensees by teaching them how to be professional and ethical real estate agents. Some have gone on to carry very successful
careers in the industry, becoming top sellers and office managers.
As a second-generation Angelino, Ronna's deep respect for all that she encounters in business extends itself to her charitable contributions; she has volunteered her personal time to numerous
charities, including the Jewish Federation Real Estate/Construction Division, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Special Olympics, United in Harmony and Cancer Society.
Ronna Brand currently resides in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, California.
